In our continuous pursuit of excellence, Taboo is proud to unveil its new and improved Discord ticket system. With a plethora of enhanced features, this new system is designed to streamline support and elevate the overall experience for our valued Tabooligans. It’s more than just an upgrade; it’s a commitment to the community, both in terms of efficiency and engagement.

What’s New in the Ticket System?

The new ticket system, accessible via ticketsbot.net, is an innovation that embodies Taboo’s dedication to quality. Compared to the old system, the new one is more user-friendly, functional, and streamlined.

Here’s a glimpse of the exciting features:

Three Categories for Ticket Submission: Tailored to your specific needs, choose from three categories to submit the type of ticket you require.
Dynamic Ticket Information: Get vital information such as your ticket ID, total active tickets, and user rating of the ticket system.
Start a Ticket from Chat Messages: Report abusive users or scammers directly from chat messages with ease, both on mobile (long hold) and desktop (right click).
Transcripts and Notifications: Receive a copy of the ticket transcript once closed, and get notifications regarding ticket closure and status.
Enhanced Security: Authorise the bot to access your Discord account to view transcripts.

How to Use the System!

Using Taboo’s ticket system is a breeze:

Enter the Support channel in our Discord server.
Click on #raise-a-ticket.
Select one of the three categories for your ticket.
Follow the instructions and wait for assistance.
After assistance, either you or the helper can close the ticket.
Receive a transcript of the ticket in the server’s cloud, along with a copy sent to you.
To report users from chat, long hold (mobile, or right-click (desktop) the message, then go to Apps > Start Ticket.

Security Maintenance/Upgrades:

Taboo’s main focus within its community is security as a whole, and most importantly to protect the Tabooligans and other users that utilise the Discord server on a daily basis.

While enhancing security features across the Discord server the server’s verification system had to be disabled, which hindered the ability for new users joining to be able to gain full access to the server. We are pleased to confirm this is now back live and in full working order. If at any point you were unable to properly access the full features of the server, we highly encourage and invite those individuals back.

Addition of New Category and Channel:

Just recently Taboo has added a brand new Category Section to the Discord server called ‘Taboo Secrets’. With this we brought forth its very first channel in #naughty. Much like you saw on Twitter and Instagram over the past weeks, it featured highlights of the Taboo models with images that contained concealed portions. In order for those concealed sections to be revealed, a criteria with a specific minimal amount of engagement was required. As with Twitter, this was also tested out on Taboo’s Discord, with some promising success might we add.

At the end of the month the Taboo Secrets Category will be changed over to private only as we bring forth new and much spicier content. Access will only be granted to those that verify their holdings through Collab.Land and are granted a specific role.

Future/Upcoming Points:

Taboo is currently working on other items, as well as brainstorming other ideas on how we can bring additional forms of engagement and access to the Discord server, also with ways to bring in more users. Currently some of these items include:

Additional roles and what those roles will grant you access to on the server.
More interactive activities.
Talking with Taboo’s international communities to monitor interest in them wanting to make use of Discord, thus creating specific language channels.
